almost no one reads the not-for-study articles, so they can do these things like praise a book that said the steam train would bring the end of the world.

How did Jesus keep his beard looking so neat?
by Sour Grapes ini have a full beard and with a pair of electric clippers, i can't come close to having my beard looking at good and trim as jesus in the picture.
i wonder how jewish barbers did it or perhaps his beard was more scruffy than is shown.
does jesus even look jewish?

No home, no job, no source of income but his clothes were always clean and neat and he always had a good place to sleep. He must have had a rich daddy!
There's a scripture that implies that the ones supporting his work financially were mainly widowers, the "women who minstered to him". I imagine these women joined him because saw a much more open movement to the women than the so jewish religious society. Poor them, didn't see the Apostle Paul comming...

Online Bible Study! Yes they finally did it!
by Ray Frankz inhttps://www.jw.org/en/online-help/using-jw-org/online-bible-study-lessons/online-bible-study-lessons-video/.
since the org discovered the internet i saw that one day they would release an online bible study so the people didn't need the witnesses to be indoctrinated by the gb.
i have to admit that i didn't think they would do it now, without a great cerimony or announcement, but, hey, it's on!.

What strikes me the most is that clearly at the same time the Org was preaching against secular education, they were researching courses, online courses, LMS, in order to build up theirs. And of course they will say they could do ir because of Jehovah's blessings.
I can't imagine how many memes I'll be able to make with this to send to other PIMOs I know.
I wonder if I get all the answers wrong can I cancel my baptism?

This is a crime commited by both Russia government and the Governing Body and the victims are the Russian Witnesses.
I don't think any JW who are still "asleep" should be charged with the faults of the ORG. unfortunaly they will suffer and the Org will make videos of them to use to prove this is the"one true religion".

Are Jehovah's Witnesses selfish??
by stuckinarut2 inis the average jehovah's witness selfish and self-centred?.
i know, i know...many will object and say "no - preaching is the most selfless thing a jw can do.
it saves others lives...".

To summarize: Some of them aren't, not because of the org, but despite of the org.

My 2018 convention review (BR)
by Ray Frankz inso this years convention was all about:.
1) neutrality means not taking sides.
jws must not have any opinions about politics, even if it affects you or your job or your social class directly.. also .

Ray Frankz
So this years convention was all about:
1) Neutrality means not taking sides. JWs must not HAVE any opinions about politics, even if it affects you or your job or your social class directly.
also
1) it's ok if we get involved with politics like begging to politicians to defend the Watchtower properties.
2) We Jehovah's Witness are the ones who study and get the Bible right and we are proud to teach the truth to others
also
2) You don't really need to teach anything, just send a link to our website. ;)
3) Unbelievers are the worst. Do not spend a second of your time with them if it's not obligated by the society.
also
3) If you try to convert them every single time you talk to them they will like you more. They are fluffy clouds of love when they see you are trying to convert them.
4) One day, in the near future, we will get in the Great Tribulation. There, maybe the GB give you instructions that may not make sense from a human standpoint but you must obey anyway.
also
4) Grat Tribulation? Why to wait? We are giving nonsense instructions right now like separating families to different congregations just because of business logistic. And you know, right? Obey!
5)If you leave the org, you will die and it's your fault.
also
5) If you see something wrong in the org, warn the org about this, the org deny there's something wrong, you get pissed, the org shun you, you leave the org, the org fix the thing that the own org said wasn't wrong, you die too. And, it's of course your fault.

Literature cart preaching outside a hospital
by truthseeker inhere is one thing that really annoys me.. i live opposite a large hospital.
there is a pedestrian crossing connecting the hospital to the other side of the road.
it is at the end of the crossing that the dubs have their literature cart.
-
Ray Frankz
I don't think you should get involved on this. Claiming that suffering will end is the motto of all religions. The JWs put a chart on the street, others go inside the hospital and make enthusiastic prayers or sing out loud. It's not a JW's peculiarity.
Anyway, do you really think people even stare at the charts?

Who helps the most - POMO or PIMO
by Ray Frankz ini was recentely talking to my girl who is also awaken about if there were any chance of the org to lose at least its power and authority since i believe to expect a destruction of the org is unreal i came to the conclusion that the best way to help jws is by means of the pimos.. if we take the own jw logic (the world is bad but we need to live among them in order to bring them to our side) i think that if a good part of the people who left when found ttatt stayed in they we could have much more awaken people today.
when you are out it gets extremely hard to gain the trust of any jehovah's witness to begin with.
every totalitarian government had to fight rebels among them.. im not being numb to the causes of anyone who decided to leave.

A person that considers themselves PIMO, is usually not speaking out as Ray did, but simply going along to keep family peace and harmony even as he/she may not be at peace or happy within themselves.
From what I gather, Ray was indeed a PIMO for some years prior to his resignation. It's clear because he did what we all once did or are doing - talk about our concerns with family and close friends. If you heard that he actually defied WT core doctrines before the GB, this is far from true. He was a PIMO, trying to set up all the mess that was on his mind about the things he was discovering. All he wanted was peace. Indeed, he didn't "stand for the truth" and DA himself as many imagine is the only way to act on this issue. He tried to stay living his own life but the GB, the local elders, in a satanic show of cruelty, hunted him and forced him to quit.
Of course, after being out, he spoke all he thought should be heard.
